its nothing to do with her personality, its a lot of very hard work she did practicing the routine and work of very talanted choreographer who told her exactly what needs to be done and when.
I have never skated before, figure skating is actually so rare in our country, also because we're a tropical country and I've only seen one ice rink or whatever you call it once in my life and always thought it's a beautiful sport and would like to one day try it out too. Seeing this girl's performance, I think she did pretty good, she deserves a round of applause.
wiki: Elena Igorevna Radionova (Russian: Елена Игоревна Радионова; born 6 January 1999) is a Russian former competitive figure skater. She is the 2015 World bronze medalist, a two-time (2015-2016) European silver medalist, a two-time Grand Prix Final medalist, 2017 Winter Universiade champion and the 2015 Russian national champion. On the junior level, she won two World Junior titles (2013 & 2014) and the 2012-13 JGP Final.
Great performance by this young girl. I think figure skating is one sport where girls start at an age of maybe 7 years old and so it's no wonder they are putting on such awesome performances by the time they are 12 or 13 years old.
@@brinley_v Well Brinley... I bet you are far better than girls who have never tried it and girls just starting out. You are 14 and your limbs could still grow a bit, or a lot more over the next year or two. I am a 57 yr old man, but I know what its like. I have been playing guitar and singing for a hobby for 50 years. Sometimes I don't play for months and usually, at the most a couple times a week. So, I have fun with it, and I do recordings and write songs. It's fun, but I will never be good enough to perform in a band. LOL. As far a physical activity goes, I was on the Cross Country Running team in high School. I have short legs, so that never helped. I did okay, but never won any races. I can recommend that you get your friend or your parents to come to your events occasionally and to some of your practices. Have them take some nice videos of you, and edit some of them by putting up title pages and perhaps some text going through the video describing your moves, and the level of difficulty, and how you would rate each move you did on a scale of 1 to 5 or 1 to 10. You will be able to look back on these videos when you are older, maybe even my age. You will be able to show your future children etc. I think it is crucial that you record some events like that and keep your special equipment and maybe future trophies and ribbons stored in a safe place. Remember that you are only young once. Life goes by very quickly, and the older you get the faster it seems to go.
