Please note: I stated in this video that MetaDog was produced through a collaboration between Elephant Robotics and Chongker. This was speculation on my part and it has since been brought to my attention that metaDog is actually a creation of Elephant Robotics under the exclusive metaAnimal series brand and is not produced by Chongker. Appologies to Elephant Robotics for this misunderstanding.

This an awesome robot. What a real treasure this will be. So very realistic. I hope they do allow this little guy to have a name that one can program into him so he doesn’t have to be called Meta Dog. . That would be awesome. Looking forward to owning one one day for sure. Great video as usual, and well done.

I agree about naming. Giving the pup any name might be difficult for them to program but I’m wondering if they could maybe do something similar to what Moose Toys did with Moji where you were given a choice of 7 names to choose from, as that would be a lot easier to do.

He’s so pretty !!! I think the purr was supposed to be a snoring sound, maybe not quite accurate there

I think it would better not to include the sound as it really doesn’t sound like snoring - maybe better to just show the 💤 and have no sound at all.

there is a shiba version which is sort of orangey not sure when that is available but prefer the original

Interesting. I don’t believe I have seen it per before. One of my friends got one of these too. I guess if you bought a meta-cat, you would be chosen to do video reviews for them?

So these aren't for propper selling, hes onky for kick starters first? If they go for public selling before September i will get the metadog If not i will get the metacat, i still love them both :D
