Where is this food? When I have flown several times and it is like being on cathy pacific. Literally the same plane... I would say cathy pacific had better planes lol amd service. I was so disappointed

Worst customer service I had a round trip ticket, I used the first leg. On return I went to CGK (Jakarta) to get to DOHA and then to IKA. Qatar airways cancelled DOHA to IKA in their own earlier. I got to the airport 4 hours early. They lied and told me that travel agent has cancelled which was false. Then they guided me to their customer service. I stood up there for three hours. They weee just wasting time and at the end ticker counter closed and they excused themselves and left and let me stranded in the airport. They did not even try to re route my trip

The worst airline in the world where they do not allow you to modify travel details, and the only solution is to cancel the ticket and deduct more than half of the amount. Based on their employees' instructions, I changed the ticket to a voucher, but the voucher had the same previous information and cannot be used. Unfortunately, it has expired and I lost nearly a thousand dollars. I hope everyone sees you for who you really are.

This airline is disgusting. No employee should be dismissed because of a flight review. And let's also not forget how they bribed high ranking members of the EU parliament in order to receive EU-Open-Skies benefits, despite violating the minimum rest times for their flight crews and taking the unfair advantage of saving costs by having working conditions that no EU carrier could ever get away with.
