I really like the quests in this game. You can also play and finish the whole game factionless, without any faction bonus like magic and armor. See it as a challenge... 😁
I have a few of tips to add that are helping me so far in the 13 hours in elex 2.number 1 is save often for me after every combat encounter I heal and then immediately save.number 2 is if u have the bow u aim it at the enemy but don't shoot it instead I see if it has a skull near its health bar indicating that my chances of defeating it are slim to none.if I can't then I just move along or go around the higher level enemy.number 3 is stock up on arrows for the bow cuz it does help to get some hits off of enemies and drain some health away before pulling out ur melee weapon and shield when they close in on u.number 4 make sure to hot key ur health items to the radial wheel.
Great tips! I'm about 10 hours in on Hard mode and never played the first game so these tips are appreciated. One tip from me: Chemistry seems to be important in creating potions you can use to quickly gain experience and attribute points. Also keep an eye out for shopkeepers selling Elex/Attribute potions to instantly gain those points if you don't learn Chemistry, as well as selling Jetpack Fuel.
I'm new to Elex 2 and I didn't know about the glasses that light up the objects. You should buy them asap, it makes your life so easier, and playing much more enjoyable
I just picked up Elex 1 a couple of weeks ago and I am having a great time. Will probably get this once I'm looking for a new game to play. Thanks for the headsup!
You did an excellent presentation of Elex 2. Your voice really made the game interesting and you spoke quite slowly so that I as with a different native language could follow. THAT is very rare. Thank you!!!
About the picking everything up, I don’t think there’s a warning when it’s considered stealing so be aware of who is around you when you’re being a murder hobo.
It says "Steal" in red letters when you are trying to pick the object up. Sometimes they will complain even if that message doesn't come up but they won't actually do anything. Good call out thanks.
I will add that there are 2 factions that are new for this game. The Albs were not join-able in part 1 and the Morkons are all new. The other 3 are carry-overs from part 1. One thing you can do early is go around the world since it is a sandbox. Get as many items as you can, therr are some good weapons laying around if you get them early. Great suggestions as well.i love the first game and wrote a guide for it myself.
Unfortunately you don’t, just like in the first elex if an enemy wasn’t killed by you or your current active companion you don’t receive any of the exp for the kill, but you are still able to loot them which can occasionally net you some pretty op firepower without worrying about said firepower hitting you square in the face lol.
Hi, I'm experiencing some kind of visual artifacts in dark places or at night, some kinf of purple, red and orange saturation. It's the only game that does it and all the other games and my VGA temps are absolutely great even in VRAM, I don't have any idea of what's going on. Did you exprienced sthg similar at some point? thanxs in advance
I never experienced something similar but I know the first patch addressed issues with certain graphics cards. I am not sure if all of those issues were cleared up and haven't read through additional patch notes.
I never joined the Beserker's so I don't know specifically. For the other factions I did join I received a quest to specifically talk with their trainer and convince them to help me. What is the next quest you received after convincing Rat to let you in?
