elf Pout Clout Lip Plumping Pens // LIP SWATCHES & REVIEW 

Absolutely gutted that it’s tingly and plumping, I really liked a couple of the colours but I’ll just take your advise and get the NYX Fat Oil Slick Click, I’m sure there’s similar colours 🤔

i am going to get these over the nyx ones because i do want the ones that are minty, just for the mouth feel - i do not care for plumping.. just love minty gloss

I'm a savage and use a silver sharpie to write color names on ELF packaging. Also love minty anything!

I’m not fond of the thick pigment and high gloss, so I’m happy to see at least the red I sheer.

The plum shade is lovely

I haven't tried Nyx anything but I'm into Elf and love these lip pens. I have all the colours except the berry coloured one. Mine don't come out as goopy as the swatches on your arm so not sure why yours are. But the colours are gorgeous. I use a lipliner and they look beautiful. The tingling sensation like you said is very temporary, and to me it's very mild. I didn't experience any plumping (which is great because I don't care about that). Elf does seem to use excessively tiny font on its product labels so the name of the colour is hard to see. Not getting any younger here LOL so I've started using a silver sharpie to write the names bigger on the side of the products.

Any of these sorts of lip sticks are gone from my lips in 10 minutes, so a waste for me. I tried the Nyx but probably won’t try the elf.

This would be sooo much better without the mentholated feeling. It numbs your lips horribly.

These seem too pigmented and not glossy enough like the Tarte plumping lip ones😢 but thank you for swatching so I know better

These are not going to be at Target until SUMMER because Walmart has an exclusive deal to be the only store to carry them for now. They are on the Walmart website and will be in stores starting in February.
