Remove scale from your pipes 

Using vinegar or descaler you can clean the pipes in your house. You have to close the water inlets to your line, and purge the outlets. Put vinegar in the line and let it rest for at least 24 hours. Proceed to purge the lines.
I recommend a filter at the inlet of the line.
