I didn't see it that way. Collins was doing all the talking over. She would ask a question, Stefanik would try to answer and after talking for 2 seconds, Collins would talk over her. If Stefanik hadn't kept talking while Collins was rudely interrupting, Stefanik wouldn't have gotten a chance to say anything. If Collins wants to run her mouth non-stop, why have guests? These CNN interviews are unreal! The ‘presenter’ and the guest arguing and talking both at once. The ‘presenter’ is equipped with a higher volume mic - so it ends up in the ‘presenter’ overcoming the guest with the aid of a higher volume mic, instead of a convincing argument.
