As a runner i've never felt as fit and injury free as i am today even though i've eliminated all classic strengthening exercises i've been doing for years and replaced them just by one workout. Yes one. The single arm kettlebell swing. You've gotta master the basic swing first and then you can go to single arm to activate that cross body stabilisation. Gotta go quite heavy as well ( i use a 55 lb ). It's a magical workout. Nothing has ever activated my hamstrings, glutes, hips and back as much as this all in one workout..........

thank you Sandi for putting yourself "out there". I never noticed the "minor" little differences in your form until Kevin was "drawing the lines on the screen and explaining why, I definitely learned a lot, However, I've always thought your running form was near perfect , well, you make running look effortless and graceful which adds that "characterization" of perfection that I make, thank your always for sharing your life with us

Hard work pays off... and it shows. Well done for getting an objective assessment of your form alignment and strength. The (small amount of) work I've done has made a difference to my running. Especially for the older runners out there like me!

14:34 he makes a point about knee coming in but the knee is still directly above the foot? i'm confused, what is he tryna look for there?

I'm no expert, but I have that problem: I think he means the knee rotating not towards the outside (lateral movement), as it should, but inwards.

I know the strength training will help you run faster. Running can make flexibility a problem: those exercises will rebalance your body and should make running feel easier.

Yeah, I guess trail running isn't the best for maintaining hip extension. Looks pretty good , don't get too hung up on perfection, isn't that what they say?
