Steps to clearing a base: 1. Identify all the people outside by scanning them briefly 2. Get in the Command building. Get the alarms off. Remember to get Level 3 clearance and scan for bounties before leaving the Command building. 3. Start looting and murdering. Remember to scan for bounties 4. Clear outside 5. Systematically clear and loot each building. One of the buildings will have your target activity. Get it ready to do what you need to do, like open the containment sample unit. 6. Leave. 7. (Not shown) Hand in the bounties. Trade the materials down at the nearest bartender for what you actually need.
