For people to say gymnastics isn't a sport is a joke. Honestly I think gymnastics is the toughest sport in the world. It uses probably every muscle in your body..... Muscles you didn't even know you had. I mean, come on....:)

@LilGyMnasT041 Do you start when your three get pushed hard stretched till theres no more life in you.do you stay in the gym for 6 days a week ? I watched the diving videos and you dont do half the stuff they did.

I became elite at 10. The average age is about 10 to 13 to become elite it just depends on how hard you train for it I guess..
