Here’s the honest truth. She’d look better in a variety of dress styles if she lost weight. She’s a pretty girl but presents as this vanilla secretary in her appearance. Nothing about her look says personality. If I were in her shoes I’d be hiring a personal trainer not a match maker. Her body would absolutely slay with some strength and weight training and her confidence would show in how she presents. Then she’d be ready for dating.

Just because they have a lot of money doesn't mean they don't have sense. You probably mean sense as in the dating world not sense in general. Maybe the people that she meets do not have sense and do not make time for her. Maybe the men that she meets are all pretty crappy or they have a little going for themselves, or just something messes up. I don't blame her for paying someone to help her get a significant other, but that is just way too much. She probably wants someone as successful as her and really handsome. Eugenia I was just thinking of that. If they don't have time to get out there and find the right mate, how do they have time for the right mate in the first place? It doesn't make sense. I met a nice guy. He was a firefighter, volunteer, Army Reserve, two children in which he wasn't with the mother anymore but played a very active role in their lives. Amongst that, he put in hours at the gym and something else that I forgot and can't recall. When I spoke to him over the phone and he told me all the things he is involved in, it sounded outstanding at first, like wow what a stand-up guy. But then I thought to myself, does he have time to entertain a relationship with all those obligations? I don't want to get in a relationship just to turn around and complain about how he never has time for me. Never spoke to him again. Not because he was a bad guy, but because I didn't want to be with a man where I was at risk of being in last place all the time. I also didn't want to be with a man where my life revolves around what HE has to do. Because once my needs aren't being met, I'm going to be very vocal about that and he's going to look at me as if I'm a brat or selfish or don't understand or care about his obligations, and that puts me in the position to not only look bad, but regret my decision to start dating a man who doesn't have time to do anything with a woman except fuck her.

Margarbie Adams from experience (obviously might be different for others) when you do have a « match », you make time: step out of the office for diner, meet at each other’s place for the night (so you are in the same bed, and have moments at night or if you come too late in the am), plan things in advance (make your work aware), and when you are dating someone who understands, they won’t get offended if things are a bit last minute (ofc you can’t take that for granted / abuse it / not be grateful). Whilst finding someone requires time, that you could potentially make but 1/ the person you are meeting might interpret you rescheduling as lack of interest or disrespect 2/ it’s easier to make time for someone you know / like / love than for « looking » 3/ it’s easier when you have little time to continuously socialise (because friends are important too) and go meet different people left and right; whilst if you are « dating » with time it becomes easier to do the two things simultaneously. I don’t think a matchmaker is the answer for everyone but it does make sense for some :)
