Not to mention the weird hit box of that sword elite.......I literally throw ally bomb at em or just stun em with the plasma pistol and then I run away.
Seems totally unfair to spawn them on top of the elite with the energy sword, I bet a few of these would of at least stood a chance if they had a chance to react to the fact there was an elite in their face
... nor does any elite have any amount of shield nearly close to that which of the last one... Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder why this can be
I think i remember hearing CE elites voices are just Johnson but pitched down and sometimes reversed. The iconic "wort wort wort" is Johnson saying go go go reversed and pitch shifted.
@@alexriemann5549 what I’m saying is halo reach takes back before the events of halo ce, the covenant didn’t know how to speak English then, so they spoke in there native language
@@andrei3436 He just appears and kills the zealot just by lookin'. Boring as shit. I hate characters with instant wins that do almost nothin'. The Elite Zealot was what kept the video watchable.
Might have been more interesting if 90% of them didnt start off within sword range, with their backs turned to the elite. But let's be honest, we all know how any 1 on 1 fight with these guys goes.
Replaying Combat Evolved on Legendary taught me how aggressive grunts and Jackals were. Truth and Reconciliation is still one of the hardest missions in the whole franchise simply because you don't get a Magnum to deal with them.
@@hustlened7494 I know and there still worse in Halo 2 because they have Beam Rifles and perfect accuracy. The Jackals in CE are just tough. They have way more health than than in other games and are far more aggressive.
I didn't realize how much English the covenant from CE spoke. That's what I liked about Reach, the covenant only spoke in their alien languages: unintelligible for humans and making them scarier and more mysterious. I know a lot of it is simply Cortana translating their language into English for the chief to understand, but it's still lame.
Good lord. This wasn’t even a fair fight. I STILL have nightmares about Combat Evolved’s Legendary Elite Zealots charging me with those unmistakable glowing energy blades...
Fattle Bield Productions Makes sense; admittedly, I wouldn’t have really known, considering I instinctually just kill the Zealot upon encounter. I don’t really bother having a chat.
@@MrSlanderer all elite sounds and voice lines in CE are Johnson's or other marines, pitched down and reversed. He's just gone and reversed them back to normal here
halo.bungie.org/tipsntricks/display.html?collection=xbill.elitespeak Yep, this (un-)reversed version just sounds wrong to me. Also, Halo 2 Elites were a mistake (but made sense, given the narrative aspirations). Interestingly, Marty O'Donnell stated: "We had many extensive plans for creating a true "alien" language, but we basically ran out of time[...]". Altehros, if you're gonna make comparison videos, please make them true to the source, so they can be better perceived as a useful resource of study.
Man my most big dream is there was a mod to spawn a spartan bodyguard in campaign ho follow you and combat on your side in all campaings, maybe one day that dream can be true......maybe....
