It’s amazing how physiology works. I’m strict carnivore but have been doing a weekly carb up day trying to get a bit leaner for summer. No fat. Limited protein. A had a WHOLE box of Sugar Smacks a couple of weeks ago. Was frickin leaner looking the next couple of days
Let me tell you, when you're deep in a diet, those high carb days really make your metabolism fly. Then, add in the glycogen storage and filling out, you look awesome.
he was with john berardi a few years before this, not to get shredded like this. he got a bench press pr while working with john and getting somewhat leaner.
Dude, if you were familiar with the transformation Fat Dave project back to the T-nation article, you will KNOW exactly what happened during the "berardi" re-comp. Same old shit again... a bunch of roids, solid diet, shredding up and viola -- we have the new Guru Business growin!
@@jamiealexander7665 yeah but he wasn’t regular fat he was muscle and fat that’s why that they only need to lose 50-70lbs to be shredded where a regular fat guy at that weight needs to drop 150+ lbs ....Eddie hall went from round bloated mess to abs with a 70lb weight loss Any normal man at 400lbs would have to drop to 180
@@jamiealexander7665 he isnt super fat ....he has fully defined abs ,i admit he isnt a normal shape but in no universe can he be described as super fat he has thick visible abs like bricks ...and 70lbs from 430 is fuck all its like someone fat at 250 suddenly being ripped at 210 ,it never happens unless you are a bodybuilder who looks higher fat than he is because of bloat
@@Gbonejohn1974 I should have said by bodybuilding standards. He does look decent with good lighting and a pump, but without those two things he's very unimpressive, but he obviously has a ton of muscle regardless. instagram.com/p/CLOoLwEF0cN/ He would need to lose about a hundred pounds to get shredded.
