Elizabeth is an exemplar of the best of American cross country and athletics, in the model of Katelyn, whom she quoted (pressure is privilege). Distance athletes consistently come out at the top of sports academic ranking, and Elizabeth is another proof. You can tell just by her thoughtful and measured presentation. By the way, she is usually said to be from San Antonio, but actually she comes from Boerne, which is a small town up the road 20 or 30 miles. It's pronounced BERNIE.
