She was still a breathtakingly beautiful lady at 74. But, the most beautiful thing about her was her kindness, compassion and concern for others. Elizabeth was a trailblazer, raising money to fight against AIDS from early on. This wonderful woman exuded kindness, compassion and concern. She had always been that way. She left a legacy that continues the good work she started, even today. What a remarkable woman. In her time, the most beautiful woman in the world physically. Yet, she was even far more beautiful on the inside. God bless this remarkable woman who will be remembered for her humanitarianism as much as for her beauty and talent. RIP Elizabeth, you will forever be remembered and always missed,

Talk about full circle. This was held at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Elizabeth's father had an art gallery when she was a little girl just starting in the movies.
