Being a nurse myself for the last 31 years , it's a stressful job but it's not THAT stressful to where you actually start killing patients. I've been hit, cursed out, worked short staffed and even had piss thrown on me but I haven't killed a patient yet. It's one of those jobs that you have to love despite the stress or you have no business there .. smh

I think he used very good interrogation tactics to make her feel as comfortable as possible. When you're nervous and KNOW the outcome of the interview, it can be very hard to recollect those memories and details the way she did. She barely stuttered and got anything mixed up, just a couple stumbles. That's also why they bought her food before they got there..it's their job to get as much willing information as possible so she can convict herself. He really did a great job and let her do all the talking. He empathized with her as if he understood her so she felt like she had a chance at being handled lightly. In every story, she was the victim somehow...he noticed that and treated her as such to reel out more information.

13:40 notice how tense she gets up until she says "i knew they were going to die" at 14:20 and immediately relaxed. 15:30 notice how she loses track of what to say when she Freudian slips "they-I couldn't tell what they were giving them-me." or something along those lines and immediately looks down like a dog caught with it's nose stuck in a peanut butter jar. She reaches for her water bottle as a divergence to maybe buy a little time/save face and figure out what she's going to say. 22:00 sounds primal and something she might have made up a while ago to bring up when she knew she needed to start throwing the blame off herself. She mentions her patient died of insulin (I believe?) and she was to be put in charge of kid's insulin pumps in ingersol but she panic'd and quit because she didn't want to do that. She leads you to think she didn't want the responsibility but as a narcissistic sociopath (which I've determined because she mainly communicates how all her work affects HER and very little about the patients) she probably doesn't like the lack of control automated systems do and wanted to back out of there before she's stuck around kids she can't easily mess with because they've got parents hovering over them. 23:50 she says she packed away and moved to Quebec and back shortly after quitting. I wonder if she thought they'd be onto her and just wanted to duck until it's cool? Even so far as to pretend to go to work when relatives from Scotland came to visit. 26:00 she says she went to CAMH and admitted to them that she (wanted to kill people?/ or has been?) She mumbles it out so you can barely hear her. The interrogator starts saying he "admires" and "appreciates" her about coming openly about it, i believe this is to ease her and to help her feel a little more confident to hear more. He makes it focused on HER because if he directed it towards what she did wrong or the victims she might shut him out as narcissist usually only think in ways the world affects them. 32:00 notice how she immediately gets up and starts pacing the moment he wanted to go over her letters. She paces in a way that looks to me as an OCD routine, she reaches each wall without touching once then and touches the light switchplate and then the back wall before sitting down. It wouldn't surprise me if she's counting her steps. 38:10 notice how she stutters and almost says "try to kill" then when she talks about how she feels like they deserved punishment cause she beeive they were a bad person aaaaaaaaand im done.

Her tone, manner, speech and behaviour is so removed from the situait N - she's acting like they're meeting for a cup of coffee as long lost friends - ZERO empathy - what a psycho! She's CLEARLY loving the attention.

When I'm watching this, the ad is from some stupid university whose slogan is "we care for our students the way nurses care for patients." Did no one think that is not the right ad for this particular video?

As a nursing student I can tell u this was the kind that cheated her way through and didn't get "weeded out". This is the end result.

This interrogator is just amazing @ his job! Wow wow he kept his composure after hearing the lady talk about the killings as if she's ordering food. 😱😰😶 He even sat through her fart & all. She even walked passed him to let it air out. 👏👏👏 give that man an award & mask. 🤢🤮

Man!!!! As a retired RN, I am horrified at this! This woman slipped through the cracks of the profession all the while she was showing clear signs of downward spiral. The nursing profession in general needs more than just annual skills & policies demonstrations! The mental health of these healthcare professionals needs to be carefully & regularly assessed; with intensive non-shaming counseling and care programs that are mandatory, once the behavior red-flags show up!! Thank God almighty that this woman no longer cares for patients 🙏🏼!!
