I am a little behind while wanted to start from the day 1, I really appreciate all your hard work Steve, you are a brilliant teacher! Thank you so much, you are going to change the lives of millions aspiring cyber security professionals to finally land their jobs and become great professionals just like yourself!
Currently using QRadar on-premise, but I can see the lack of performance, visualization and management compared to ELK. ELK is ideal tool for beginner-to-intermediate level cyber security professionals. But there is also a dark side to the moon: the initial installation can make you sweat a lot. :D Thanks for this challenge, MyDFIR! I am happy to participate!
Lets go guys. Unfortunately I didn't find the DAY 1 video. Would be great all those videos publish under one single sequence so it would be easy to follow up. Best Regards to all
this will be an absolute banger to have on your resume. I've done various other projects from Steven on this channel and they all gave me so much value during interviews
@@ever6 of course. his content on this playlist is great: ru-vid.com/group/PLG6KGSNK4PuBWmX9NykU0wnWamjxdKhDJ I personally completed and did a writeup on the "SOC Automation" and "Active Directory" Project. really take the time to understand what you're doing. having a writeup/blog post for each project will help you a lot when it comes to remembering what to talk about and showing proof of your work to employers. I also provided links to those writeups on my resume - I think its a great idea to do that
@ericzliu oh cool the active directory is the one I started and will finish this labor day weekend finally. Great idea on writing about I didn't think of that as I was going to try muscle memory. But w lack of sleep that's a no go. Cool tips thanks
If I've been following your SOC Analyst No BS Roadmap and am currently doing those projects, should I put those on the sideline and focus on these upcoming videos or work on these videos after I complete the projects in the roadmap?
