i love the ending sm. im not sure it was just me who noticed but in the first one she says “don’t turn back for a final that’s cheesy & romantic” so he doesn’t but in this final 3rd movie he does at the end. it’s so sweet. i love it!

Yah people must’ve forgotten that part on the first sequel of the movie, so when that happened on the 3rd… that he finally turned around this time.. my sad heart jumped and smiled for joy… That’s when I knew there was definitely hope for the two til they rode their bikes together… I knew it was definitely a perfect ending… romantic and realistic one!

When Noah said, "I'VE GOT TIME" in the last scene it basically meant that he is still interested in Elle. Both of them have feelings for each other despite the break up 6 years earlier. I know everyone has their own interpretations with regards to the ending but my interpretation was that they were the endgame in this movie. I was not sad how the ending turned out because it was NOT at all we expected it to be like what we used to see in the romcom movies where couples make up and kiss and we all get the satisfaction of it BUT this one was different as it leaves room for us to interpret it the way we want to interpret it and for me, this was the best ending for Elle and Noah. ❤

I kinda think the same. But how do you interprete Noah leaving and getting up the stairs and turning back to Elle. Hesitating but doing it however. It refers to the the scene in TKB1 when Noah leaves for Harvard and Elle asking him for not turning and saying goodbye at the airport.. Do you think it means Noah decides not doing Elle's advice this time because this is over for them defintely or on the contrary, do u think it opens all the doors for their relationship again ? I'm quite confused about this scene..

@@carolinemarc1589 In the first movie during the final scene, Elle asked him not to look back because she felt it's too cheesy and romantic and Noah did just what Elle asked him to do. But in the third movie, Noah turned back. I guess it shows that he's not the same guy anymore and he'd do whatever he feels by showing Elle that. Obviously Elle wanted him to turn around and maybe for Noah's part, he looked back to see if Elle was still there watching him leave because it means they both feel the same way. And to your question.. yes, it opens the door for a new relationship for them when they went for a motorcycle ride in the final scene in the movie. Seems like they are starting anew and by doing that, it leads them to a future together. ❤😍

I agree even I felt that.. they will be together ... when they said last good bye also Noah is asking her to not forget him.... and at the endvtheyvnover stopped loving each other and they have time too.. they are the endgame for me too

The ONLY thing that I like about this trilogy over "To All the Boys" is that Elle and Noah split up before she went to college, showing that your high school boyfriend/girlfriend isn't always "The One." That's more realistic than the "We're not like other couples" spiel with Lara Jean and Peter

It wasn't elle's fault imagine you have to chose between going to collage with ur boy friend or your Best friend. But knowing you wont be able to chose between neither of them is Hard and painful. Just imagine what elle is going throught right now. I was in the same state when my girl Best friend wanted me to chose between her friendship and the friendship between my other guy Best friend

Despite of being broke up for 6 years and not yet married until they met at the reunion is a precious one. My sister and her husband where a couple for 10 years before they got married. Proof that true love can wait.

Absolutly agree. Also noah and allie from the notebook stay away from 7 years, she was always married another man but in the end she go back to her one true love because when you love someone and he is your soulmate it doesn't matter how hard you have to fight or how long you have to wait in the end you always come back to right person to the one you truly love and we know noah and elle here are meant to be together. Now it would be really great if writers will not miss thr chance to make it happen

Hahaha that scene is incredible. The first thing I saw are Noah's magazines 🤣 one of my favorite scenes from this trilogy, I feel that Elle's mother-in-law loved her very much, supported her and gave her good advice.

I loved the ending. Although they loved each other, at that point, neither was mature to handle the relationship. 6 years later, it somehow felt that the time was right. Shows us that your "happily ever after" isn't always so easy, it takes time, but when love is true, you're meant to be, nothing else really matters. :")

The parallel with the goodbye at the airport in the first movie but the different ending , their look, the fact they reunite in the same place where they share their first kiss, the song in the back ground the fact THIS time he turn back to her and they were both really emotional, the fact they go ride together ecc makes me think in the end they ended togethet,i am convinced they never stopped to be in love and now the timing for their love is right but I also think we need a chapter 4 because the kissingbooth is definitely noah and elle love story and they deserve a better conclusion and it would be really great to see them make things work once becoming adult so I am totally rooting for the kissingbooth4

They should have gone more with how the second book was truthfully written, and not make Elle cheat on Noah. That was the first thing the did wrong, and this third movie was so messy. And the story with Marco just didn’t work well. In the second movie, yeah sure, but now it didn’t make any sense.
