It's the hit that keeps on giving, and the funk, jazz and swing were in full force when Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars gave one of Ellen's favorite performances this season with "Uptown Funk."
This will never get old. My favorite part is when Bruno goes crazy dancing in the smoke at the end. You can tell he was really feeling it. I also loved how Mark Ronson tweaked the song a bit by adding in those samples. I wish we could have a remix of this track like that.

Incredible performer! Uptown Funk is best dance song ever. I'm 75 and find myself getting up and dancing whenever I hear this song. In my mind Bruno Mars is a legend in his own time.
Can you imagine being in the audience that day and then being able to say afterwards that you didn't just see Bruno Mars in person but that you also sang backup on one of his songs? 😀

This was so much fun--being there must have been a riot. Today was Ellen's last show-so sad to see her go but happy to have so many wonderful memories. This was epic and I come back to it after all these years.

This is almost as good or JUST AS good as his performance on Ellen when he sang "It Will Rain", I STILL get chills from his rendition of that on her show! xx
