@@edaguirre8952 I would point you to the fact that, in Heb. 8:10, there is only ONE "new covenant," and that new covenant supersedes the "old covenant" because God's law (Jer. 31:33) is written in the heart and mind. Paul delighted in that law (Rom. 7:22) and served it with his mind (Rom. 7:25). He says that the righteousness of the law is fulfilled when we walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh (Rom. 8:4). It is God Himself who gave us the law, and it has always been His desire that the law not exist merely in stone, suggesting its permanence though also where it condemns, but in the heart and mind, where it transforms our behavior and character. Something to meditate on (Ps. 119:97).

Every Adventist should see the adventist round tables of the pastors Russell and Colin Standish... it is very important to understand the history of the adventist church.

Learning about this now, thank you for these, have found them and will watch. Personally have never been comfortable with the word trinity used for the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost/Spirit. The SDA present understanding of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost/Spirit is skewed, from what I have already learned, according to a comment I read, this trinity thing may have came in some time after the 1920's.

Actually, the modern version editions have had a very interesting effect on their readers. Those who read the modern version are turned onto the regular versions because they now can understand them.

It is unfortunate that the EGW estate decided to "disable the video playback of this video on other sites" which also impacts legitimate official local SDA churches who support the White Estate through the return of the tithe. Our local church supports the spirit of prophecy by including hyperlinks directly to the Ellen White Estate. We also host the movie that was made to honor God's special messenger. Allowing other officially recognized SDA churches to host the video from their own adventist.churchconnect.org sites would serve only to bless the church by allowing its local churches/members to be more easily informed about the EGW Estate.
