Hi Marlene! I'm glad to see you again. I hope that you are feeling better. You look beautiful in Touch. I like the combination of your top, makeup and hair. I liked the different ways that you styled it. Take care! Big hug. Blessings
Thank you so much, Taz! I just love this one! It will be one of the ones I hold on to. It's just gorgeous and am thrilled that it fits. I'll be sending this review to you soon. XOXO
Goodness gracious, this is a gorgeous wig, and it looks great on you, Marlene!!! I love everything about it!!! One of these days I hope you show us how you store your wigs. Blessings, prayers, and love, my beautiful friend...MaryEllen
Hi MaryEllen! Thank you so much. This really is a gorgeous wig. I do love everything about it. Yes, I'll be recording how I store my wigs and hopefully have it up for Wednesday! Lots and lots of love, my beautiful friend! xoxo Marlene
Great review and your rolling hills and views are beautiful!! I’m so on the fence on this one?? Do I NEEEED ?? I’m so not sure??? You know me! Love these colors!! Love a rooted !!! You see a doll! Cheers my friend
Hi Darci, thanks so much! I don't know if you NEED this one. I love this wig and absolutely love the waves, but it concerns me when I see some on the FB page and they look really straight. Maybe the wearers took a comb to them. I love the color though. I'm thinking of getting another style like Arrow or Mega Mono in this color. Hope you're having a great evening! xoxo
Marlene's Wig & Chat Studio I got Avalon and Rachel so I think Avalon will fill this NEED’ Hahaa I love Rachel so cute and easy Avalon was a lot of hair and needed thinning - still might need more
Great information on how the large cap differs from regular cap, I would have thought just bigger. The color variation is beautiful & the style has that feminine yet modern look, nice length - thanks for showing different ways to wear. Nice review Marlene!
Hi Tami! Thanks for visiting! Oh I'm sorry if I gave the impression this is a large-cap. No, it is not a large-cap. It is marketed as a petite-average; however, due (I guess) to the wefted cap, it is stretchier and probably fits up to 22 inches as long as the ear to ear and front to back is within average. I hope that makes sense. I think I heard Taz say the Elements and Changes collection run a bit bigger than some of the other collections in the EW line. I have to agree with her. Happy Monday! xoxo Marlene
@@MarlenesWigChatStudio No, you explained the cap correctly for Touch. I was referring to your mention on how a large cap can be big in the back, not necessarily larger size all over. You did a great job & I appreciate all your input. Thanks again!
Hi Faith! Thank you so much for visiting! I was hoping someone would benefit from what I've learned. I think that if you have pretty much average measurements in circumference, ear to ear (even though I have large), and front to back, you really should be fine. I don't it would fit any circumference larger than a 22; it has stretch but nothing like a Belle Tress for example. I hope you're having a wonderful evening! xoxo Marlene
Hi! Thank you so much for visiting and the sweet compliment! I'm so happy you enjoy my reviews. Yes, Touch is certainly in my top 3 favorites. I was telling a friend that this was one that was having a back-up! I hope you're having a great evening! xoxo Marlene
This is a great color on you!! Also, I am in the boat that thought I couldn't have an Ellen Wille because of the cap size but after your review, I think I'll give it a try, so thank you!!
Hi Sherry! Thank you so much for visiting! Yes, give it a try! I attended an Ellen Wille training and the ones that are actually petite are the hand-tied because they are designed for those with total hair loss. The EW with a weft cap will fit up to a 22 circumference. I have 21.75. Let me know how it works for you.
Marlene, Hi beautiful lady ,❤elanie here..OMG,if there is such a thing as "THE ONE" then u have found her..WOW, this wig style, and color are so flattering to both your defined facial features as well as ur beautiful Olive complexion.. I love that your making or have your own RU-vid channel now. The review went well you were in point, not long and boring, not to overly chatty, tou spoke clearly and with an air of humility. Like "La Nturessa" was so easily flowing. U gave nice styling tips and last but not least...its all about your uncensored, easy flow of relatability..loved it FYI: I have been thinking and fighting this desire to make RU-vid Vidio chats, on so many frontier interests I have, wigs, makeup, skincare, womanhood as a senior, so many subjects..but I am technically challenged Who knows maybe one day but until then I will keep watching and enjoying my wig sisters 💕💞💞💞💞💞💞
Hi Melanie! Thank you so much for visiting and sweet compliments. It really means so much! Yes, I started this channel a few months ago; this is my second channel. I have a beauty channel for the mature community which I've had for 4 years. I started this one to keep makeup/skincare separate from my wigs. You don't need much to start a channel. I watched and learned how to edit watching someone here on YT and uploading is not difficult. I think you'd have lots of fun. If you need any help at all, please let me know. I'll be happy to help. Love and Hugs xoxo Marlene
I was considering Touch, but ordered Tabu instead. Maybe next time!! I like the density of this; it looks very natural on you. I entered the gift card giveaway from the Wig Studio One FB group and this is the video I chose. Nice work!!
Hi! Thank you so much for visiting and entering the giveaway! Touch does look really natural. It is one of my favorite pieces. Happy Sunday! xoxo Marlene
It is so interesting for me to see your videos because we have the same face shape and I can tell what looks good on you I can also wear. Thank you! I'm writing from Germany.
Hi Hanne, thank you so much for visiting with me all the way from Germany! One day, I will visit your beautiful country! I'm so happy to know my videos are helpful! xoxo
@@MarlenesWigChatStudio Marlene, I just found out that Ellen Wille came out with a new wig called "Salsa" and I want it! When will Wigstudio1 be getting it?
They were supposed to be released in the US next week. However, we received an email from Ellen Wille that shipment had been delayed of all the new styles until mid November. My order was placed about a month ago; I'm certain that as soon as they begin arriving into the US, they'll be on the website. There are, however, new Belle Tress that were placed today on the website. If you go to the Belle Tress page, change the filter to "new to old" and the new styles will be listed first. xoxo
Hi Marlene. I just received my Touch after watching your review. What had you done to the wig before the video. Right out of the box the one received appears so different and I dont want to manipulate it in fear I wont be able to return it. My first longer wavy style. To this point I have been wearing bobs. First try on it was awful...Second try on Mmmm maybe possibilities but not feeling it for sure without "something".... It is a beautiful piece BTW.
Hi Diane! I honestly didn't do anything at all. I knew that Touch was arriving so I put on some makeup, and the picture on the thumbnail was right out of the box. I shook it then put her on and took the pictures. I kept her on to get the feel, then I recorded the video. I never do anything to my wigs before I review them because I want viewers to see how they are right out of the box. I will tell you that I have seen some other ladies post pictures, and their Touch seem on the straight side rather than curly like mine. Honestly, it really upsets me that companies are not consistent because I review to help others see the styles, viewers order the wig, as you did, expecting it to look like mine only to find it's totally different. I have worn Touch about 10-12 times since receiving it and have washed it once. I hang her upside down and the curls are still intact. I'm really sorry. I just don't understand. xo Marlene
That's alarming to hear! The wigs should be all identical. I mean Touch should arrive at your door as shown in the video. This goes for all of them. I've got my wigs here in town but there are not many wig shops here in Edmonton. It's frustrating and so I ordered my first "on line " wig a few months ago. The video of "Rochelle " looked great Mid shoulder wavy, face framing layers. But they didn't show the cap inside? Just said mono top open wefting...when I got it I was disappointed to see this thick black material inside that makes me sweat because the scalp can't breathe! I truly appreciate you Marlene for showing the complete wig! Cap construction is major to me! I hope the wig industry gets better With that issue of consistency! We deserve it! Good luck everyone I'm still searching for my new wig So far Drew is my favorite but I do like the beachy waves! Sheesh! Take care everyone
I avoided Ellen Wille due to small sizing then I tried Turn and was surprised, it fit better than Estetica, which has gone smaller lately. No large will be baggy on my big noggin.
Hi Frances! Thank you so much for visiting! I'm so happy the Turn worked out for you. I think it's crazy how EW is said to run small but according to them, the wigs are to fit up to a 22 inch. I hope you're having a great Tuesday! xoxo Marlene
that color looks gorgeous with your skin tone. I wear light Bernstein rooted or Bernstein rooted. is there a big color difference between the bernsteins and tobacco rooted? not just the description but in actual reality. The tobacco rooted looks so gorgeous on you and I would like to try it but question if it would be too dark some videos seem to show the color as quite dark but your video shows it as lighter.
Hi Becca! Thank you so much for visiting! I had Light Bern and it was much too light for me. I think Tobacco Rooted is light as well due to all the highlights, but it ha some auburn and it has the medium brown root. If you are familiar with Shaded Cappuccino from RW, this color is very close to it. I have a RW in SS Cap and the two are almost identical. This color is also similar to Belle Tress Mocha with Cream but with more blonde highlights and a much lighter root. I really need to get a Bernstein Rooted so I can do a color comparison. I'm not sure if I was any help. I apologize about that. xoxo Marlene
Hi Marlene! any other wig /manufacturer that makes that style of wig other than EW? It seems to be similar with Mellow, but Mellow has very light density.
Hi Sunny, if you want light density then I'd say Dalgona 16 or Columbia by Belle Tress. If you prefer a bit higher density then Dakota by Envy or Joy by WigPro. I have reviews on on all of these if you want a closer look. xoxo
Hi Dee, thank you so much for visiting! I think it's pretty neutral but not cool because the highlights are auburn, golden blonde and some cool blonde. There is definitely some warmth in this color. xoxo
