Elliptical tank head making machine with cutter - showing flanging.
This machine is equipped with cutter, suitable for aluminum, steel and stainless steel elliptical tank heads.
- Max. material thickness: carbon steel 8mm; stainless steel 5mm
- Max. tank head diameter: 3000mm
- Min. tank head diameter: 850mm
- Max. flanging height: 50mm @6mm thick (carbon steel)

Morning Franks Cao I have a machine similar to the one you are showing, i am having problems in calculating diameter after cutting. Basicaly i need a formula that shows the relation between the template and the end product. Regards Naife

سلام، هشت سال قبل، من و دوستانم یک ماشین خیلی قدیمی از همین نوع ساخت شرکت OLIVER را به صورت مستعمل خریدیم و ضمن اعمال تغییراتی جزئی قابلیت ماشین را افزایش دادیم به فرم دهی دهانه داخلی و دهانه بیرونی رینگهای قطر بزرگ این در زمینه ساخت bellows expansion joint موفقیت بزرگی محسوب میشود صنایع سیمان کشور ما ایران بیلوزهای فولادی قطر بزرگ را پیش ترها از شرکتهایی مثل زیمنس خریداری میکرد مثلا" برای ساخت هر رینگ از یک پره ی بیلوزی به قطر 5 متر آنها بیش از 80 قطعه کوچک را به هم جوش میدادند اما من و دوستانم با استفاده از روش یاد شده ، هر رینگ را به صورت یک تکه تولید کردیم از دیدن نحوه کار شما لذت بردم با تشکر و آرزوی موفقیت برای شما علی فخرذاکری تلفن 00989212168801

Not everybody has money to buy European machines. Our machine is an optional. Since our customers can accept it and use it to produce their tanks, you can't say it is a bad machine.
