You can state fact and word it to not be completely true. Read Snoops fact checks and you will see how they twist the facts. I know it sounds stupid but that's what dishonest fact checkers do. Technically they will be right but not give the whole truth
Well a fact out of context could be a 'misguided fact'. E.g. Biden made the biggest dollar increase in social security. This fact is true, but it the implication that it actually increased in value didn't happen.

If you are actually factual in your fact check, I doubt many Americans would mind at all. It all boils down to honesty and integrity and good journalism used to dig up the facts to keep Americans informed.
