He's consistently suing in Texas, which doesn't have Anti-SLAPP laws (laws that prevent frivolous lawsuits and protect less-wealthy people and companies from these annoyance suits).

I think Musk has been using Adderall and stimulants for so long he has lost his effing mind. I was a fan when he started Tesla and SpaceX and was talking about accelerating the transition to electric vehicles. At first, I discounted much of his early eruptions that smacked of conspiracy theories, but no more. He seems to be our Howard Hughes, but like in all things he has accelerated his mental deterioration.

That Chipotle story is wild. You were on the right track with your analysis though. We need class consciousness and then class solidarity in this country. It's hard for people to make a living in this country. Instead of fighting to change the system, it has us fighting each other.

I never went on Twitter when it was popular, still not on it and refuse to call it the other name. The more I learn about Elon, the more I think it’s criminal he has that much money and government $ at that. He seems like a grifter on a much larger scale than Trump. The federal judge in Texas, a George W. Bush Appointment, is located in Fort Worth. He is now refusing to rule on some matters because of his ownership of Tesla stock, NPR reported today. His rulings on discovery against MediaMatters were so one-sided that they forced that organization to lay off staff because of the legal bills. They have protested, but Judge Reed O'Connor has delayed his ruling on the discovery issues. He is the same Judge who ruled that ObamaCare was unconstitutional. This is a crap lawsuit, and X shopped for someone who would rule favorably.

I get a flurry of videos in here crediting him (Not directly but putting his image in front of BYD blade batteries) and every other conceivable tech advancement, essentially insinuating that he had something to do with them, axial flux motor, sodium ion cells, sulfur ion cells, solar cells breakthroughs, and on and on and on. Makes me wonder who is behind these misleading videos and what their actual purpose is, especially when they start sprouting when TSLA shares prices are down.

Elon pretends to be autistic in other situations, like doing weird dances and motions, because he thinks that makes him look like a genius. He is a big fool. Further note, the reason I draw the connection is because Nvidia would not support the Linux platform with drivers (2012 interview). Musk tells advertisers to go f--- themselves (2023). Similarly, advertisers are not supporting Musk's platform with money. It's a famous meme of Linus too, so no doubt Musk saw it and this was something to make him feel like a big man.
