On Wednesday 7 September 2022, the ELSI Genomics Network held their 2nd online event via Zoom. The event was titled ‘Ethical, legal and social implications in epigenetics: Indigenous, national and global perspectives’ and involved presentations from two excellent speakers; Dr Angeline Ferdinand, from the University of Melbourne and Dr Evie Kendal, from Swinburne University. The presentations and Q&A explored concepts of health justice and equity, especially pursuing equitable distribution of the burdens and benefits of epigenetics research across diverse populations.
