Suzie D. Hi Suzie!! We're actually really really lucky on this island (population about 15000) in that there are heaps of farms and lots of people have food stands outside their homes selling produce. Prices are super reasonable and it's amazing to be able to eat fresh organic food grown right on the island... as for growing a veggie garden myself I've been waaaay to busy to do this and dedicate the time it deserves. We do have a bunch of apple trees and grape vines which we enjoy in the autumn.
Hi Elspeth! I love, love your work! May I ask what kind of paint you use on the mandala stones? I would like to try this when I am all by myself way up north in the woods on a rainy afternoon for a craft.. I bet it takes a very steady hand to make all those beautiful dots!
