Agree - I would love to be able to replicate this on my system. I'm not sure how much of it is due to the pressing vs. Phil's amazing system.

Sounds great Audiophil. What settings do you use on your Tascam records (24/192, DSD, etc)? any software adjustments after recording (if so what program do you use)? Sounds really smooth.

Hi David, the Tascam is a great device. I record at 24/192 WAV - the sound you hear is straight off the record, no external manipulation or clean up happens at all 👍

I'm a huge EJ fan and have been looking to pick up some EJ vinyl. I've been worried about SQ, I have a cheap version of Greatest Hits 1 and it sounds like garbage compared to what I heard here. Maybe I'll look for a copy of the original 1981 pressing!

A little late to the party on this one. At 1:40 3:33 It sounds like the recording get to hot? Distotion. Could this be in the record or something else?
