Hi, Doctor, we have used 60mg steriods for out T1D child in ITP, his platelets count has gone upto 1.59 lacs Later dose got reduced to 30 mg, then within a week his platelets count has gone down to 7k Need your inputs on difference between IVIG and Anti D medications We have already tried Ivig 40gm twice before steriods Doctor suggested to try anti D also if steriods are not effective

Hello dr. What should be the duration between 2 doses of Romy 250. After taking romy my count used to shoot up to 4-5 lakhs so i was taking it one in two week or if count drops below 1 lakh. But now after taking romy count is not increasing more than 60-70k. Please suggest

Sir i am on revolade 25 mg daily for chronic ITP and platlate are stable at 60 thousand but my RBC and hemoglobin are continuously in increasing trend ( 6.07 / 16.7), last month it was 5.79/15.9.. What can I do sir? Please suggest

Sir me nepal se hu mera bb ko itp he jab mene admit karwaya thaa us samaya 3000 plt thaa dr ne elbonix 50 MG tablet chalaya thaa or 1 week baad 3.52 lakh huwa fir unhone dose kaam karwaya or 25 mg start huwa or 1 week baat 6.22 lakhs huwa tyo tablet stop kiya tyo ab 20 days running he o hamne regular hapte me cbc kawarte he tyo platelet 1 lakh ke se har report me ghat raa he o latest cbc me 2 lakhs he ye kyu ho raa he stable kiu nai ho raahe ab below 1.5 lakh huwa tyo phir tablet continue karna he or aap kya suggest karte he plz reply kiziya🙏
