Respected sir, my mother was taking biomyf 500 for 1.5 years & her platelets was normal i.e above 1.5 lack, then doctor stopped this medicine , & kept her under observation , then her platelets was normal for 5 months without medicine, but after 5 months, her platelets decrease abruptly upto 2k, now doctor started same medicine i.e biomyf 500 again, but after relapse this medicine is not effective as it was before replase, respected sir my question is why its effectiveness decreases after relapse, plz reply sir🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sir mere sister ka age 32 hai unka platelet bhi 30 to 60 thousand thak rehta hai hamesha .lekin aaj tak koi bhi severe problem nahi hua aur nahi koi medicine chalu hai regarding platelet.year me ek ya do time fever and kafi jada thandi lagti hai to normal paracetamol 500mg 2 time in day khane se thik ho jate hai . Sir I have ITP since last 5 month after COVID infection, minimum plt has gone 13000 , after taking treatment of wysolone for 4 month plt count never raises above 120000 , now 5 mg wysolone on alternate day plt count fluctuate from 20000 to 100000..sir can I switch to second line treatment (eltrombopag) or wait.

Also when I do fast bowling I get rashes in my hand which goes with in 4-5 hrs and I have no problem with that...also when I regularly do fast bowling it don't come after 3-4 days.. I go to gym and when I get hurt I get black which goes in 5-6 days...but that don't hurt me or trouble me... But that's me....do anything only after consulting ur doctor

Doctor said that he will go for 2 stage treatment - Rituximab Now I don't know what to do thats too costly is there any treatment available in Homeopathy for ITP?
