@@franbh94 It is a very easy to build Commander that will absolutely take over games if left alive with some very relevant keywords including Ward {3}. Normally Commanders that protect themselves do not have abilities this strong.
@@franbh94 it belongs in hell queue and is arguably overpowered even for hell queue. it literally doesn't need ward, or vigilance, or trample. blue does fine against it but it's just zero fun in general
@@paulhiggins140 it is really strong, but unless it gets haste, folds to a boardwipe pretty hard. I would love a for a bunch of the oppressive commanders to be pushed away from gen pop, but Poq hasn't even been banished to the hell queue yet and that card pays for it's own impending commander tax the turn it comes down
@@soybomb777I don't know if I'd call Voja hellqueue worth, but it's pretty easy to just lose for him on the spot without the right answers (which lower budget decks might not have, at least not as many). If he starts on the play as ramps into Voja on turn 3, unless you ramp out into your own removal (4 mana board wipe, or 1 mana spot removal because of ward 3), you can't do a lot. I did win more than once against it in Brawl, but it's not super fun to go against. Poq feels worse, though.
He is head and shoulders above every other MTG youtuber. Good attitude no boohooing honest about power levels and gives the absolute best play by plays on different lines he can take at every point in the game.
Yes! Finally a stamdard voja deck that doesn't get screwed by the shuffler. Loved it! My version runs Yavimaya iconoclast which also benefits from having trample and potentially haste which synergizes very well with a voja on the board. Cool deck! Thank you!
Subbed 2x Voja for 2x Warleader's Call bc I didn't wanna craft a bunch of mythics for some elf jank. But this was playing out pretty alright until I ran into Azorius and/or Dimir control decks 3x in a row. lol Fun deck though!

I've played a lot of voja elves and besides fleetfoot matching up poorly vs sheoldred, gwenna and fauna shaman almost always gets blown out since they are both too slow vs sweepers / removal. Break Out is the real missing star here, it both accelerates out elves and digs to find voja. I've gone all in on trying to ramp out voja faster, with no werefox/gwenna/fleetfoot/fauna shaman and instead running break out, storm the festival and -goldhound-, because its one of the few redundant ways to hit that critical turn 3 voja.

Drawing a Plains or Mountain is not always desirable when all our early spells require green mana. Would be a different story if we had a fetchland but Field of Ruin isn’t very popular in best of one especially.

Do you showcase this because it's different? Just showcase a dif deck all the time? I was nearly diamond tier, but I crafted this deck and I lost 20 games in a row lol. I could have crafted something decent - but I crafted this dogshit lol
