I’ve never seen this trouble shoot before. I haven’t heard about it talked about in the elvie groups so far so I’m definitely bookmarking for my future pump

Thank you! It turned out mine was a tiny bit wet from the steriliser still and as soon as I dried it off it worked perfectly

Do you have recommendations on what cushions to use? I have seen that a lot do not fit because they end up covering the suction holes in the flanges.

After using the Elvie for 4 months I have noted the valve can cause a few suction issues as well. First when u click the bottle onto the hub make sure the lip of the valve does not touch the hub! Then make sure the valve does not have cracks from prolonged use! Both these caused significant poor suction for me. Also re leaking, I noticed that the spout and bottle can have poor seal causing leak! Update again: valve can malfunction and cause milk unable to flow into the bottle thus cause leaking like crazy.
