Yes, when Elvis sold this home he sold the furniture and all. The movie used the actual Hillcrest home and the contents. Therefore, we see it as Elvis saw it. The new owners changed nothing.
Absolutely the best version and take of Elvis Presley we have seen heaps of impersonated even though Austin Butler did a great job and worked so hard to sound like Elvis simply Kurt Russell and his first wife Season Hubley i believed who acted as Priscilla did the most convincing true image of Elvis and Priscilla awesome movie even the whole cast Shelley Winters played Elvis mother brilliant actress too i have mentioned to friends if they have spare time watch Elvis the movie 1979.
Saw the Austin Butler one this weekend. Not even close... not just his impression/looks but the whole film was frentic, no character building, chronology all over the place. Just poor. Kurt Russell (and Ronnie McDowell) will never be beaten for me.
I m a huge fan of elvis Presley’s I love 💕 elviss music and flims too elvis will always be the king 👑 of rock and roll 🎸 my dream is to visit Graceland and communicate with elvis and his family and friends too I always live elvis tcb 11:48am
Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh...saya dan bapak saya selalu sukaaaa...semua lagunya...lihat Elvis Presley dan Priscilla selalu bersama...sehat selalu ya Priscilla dan tmnz...Aamiin99x Wassalamu'alaykum 💜
I only saw this movie ones and now after watching ELVIS with Austin Butler many times already, I want to see this one with Kurt Russell and see the difference in them but can’t find the movie..
@@JakeHughes-zq5cv Austin danced more realistically, had down all the moves and speech/laugh patterns. A lot of the time Kurt looks like a fish out of water in this movie trying to dance. The only thing Kurt wins is the voice
It's a shame Kurt Russell couldn't have used his own singing voice as Elvis in that Tv Movie.I don't even know whether he could've sung or been able to have even done Elvis' signature singing voice in the 1st place.
Kurt might have played Elvis better than anyone until Austin Butler, but the odds of Tommy Cogbill having a Peavey bass rig in 1969 was very slim. The company was only founded in 1965 and did not begin to sell in high quantities until the 1970s. Unless the producers had first hand knowledge of Tommy's gear at the time, I call that inaccurate. Heck the whole scene is inaccurate. Elvis recorded Suspicious Minds at American Sound Studio in Memphis at the same time he recorded his From Elvis in Memphis album. Certainly nowhere near California lol.
As far as playing Elvis...Austin Butler, he really sings, acts and talks like Elvis and the movie is in the eyes of the promoter Tom Parker so the story focuses more on his relationship with Elvis
With Kurt, he looks a lot more like Elvis and can talk like him and act like him but did not sing in this movie....Austin does better in a full performance because he is not impersonating, he embodied Elvis....See the movie
@@EvetteHeim1 I seen the new elvis hated Tom hanks! He hoged up most of the movie trying to make him self look good. When in real life he was part of the cause that drove Elvis to his death! Thanks for the advise God bless! T.C.B.
Bru…. I love Kurts performance as Elvis but I think Austin will do 10 times better then Kurt… Elvis was smooth when he came on stage and performed. not all hyper like Kurt, I feel like Kurt was trying to hard and Austin actually became natural with it
