When I was a little girl,I was totally obsessed with how gorgeous he was,I loved my Elvis movies, any thing with him in it.I guess it's because we share the same birthday 8th of January
Preacher like that are fools!!!! I met Jim Jones.....not the one everybody knows. But,a smaller scale of him but not to worry i didn't the Kool-Aide!!!!
Elvis tells it like it is. Gosh, what a beautiful man with the perfect voice. Just the right amount of bravado. This is what keeps me listening to him. Still the King in 2024 ! Wish he were still with us.
Elvis was and is the best singer in the world. He could sing everything from gospel, rock and roll to blues and soul. He had such great charisma and could move well. I think he would still be a big star even today. It's a shame he didn't give live concerts around the world back then.
I think Elvis lived singing this song it's like he was sending out a message don't worry about what I'm doing just worry about what your doing love the part when it comes to you tend to your buisnes and I'll tend to mine his voice is stunning
Can you imagine... you get the opportunity to be in an Elvis movie at the time, you do work so hard to get to that position- you are around the heartthrob of that era, and the set director hands you a hat with a daisy sticking out of it....
a great song and one of Elvis' better recordings from the late sixties. from a really good movie, The Trouble With Girls. so glad that this recording was included in the 1984 compilation album Elvis' Gold Records, Volume 5
Oh I thought this film was one of his worst! Terrible, silly script and in the vein of many of his films but they were at least enjoyable. However, it was the best for the way he looked at the time. Never saw him looking better except in Change of Habit, which came after TTWG.. Love this song though and play it often. Great melody and words.
Such true words. I love it. 1st time hearing this song. Elvis could sing any song and make it great. He looks so cool and handsome! There's a radiant glow about him. 🥇👍🤜🤛
I have loved ELVIS all my life! He is a gift from GOD.. THANK YOU FATHER FOR ELVIS AND HIS FAMILY,, BLESS THEM AND WRAP THEM IN THE BLANKET OF HEAVEN IN JESUS HOLY NAME!
This was a quality film. A great ensemble cast, entertaining music, and good acting by everyone. Col. Parker ruined it by changing the name from "Chautauqua" to the ridiculous title "The Trouble With Girls (And How To Get Into It)". One look at the title and most people who might have gone to see it felt "been there, done that, got the tee-shirt." Parker absolutely destroyed this enjoyable and humorous film about Chautauqua troupes in the early 20th century.
The name of film “The Trouble With Girls” has nothing to do with movie plot Elvis manages a traveling show in 1920s, there’s a murder, member of his troupe blamed, but Elvis promises the sheriffs that someone else wants to confess. They’re delayed so Elvis has to keep repeating acts, and even does this song with one of groups to stall some more. Song is provocative, while Elvis is smiling, sheriffs looked increasingly ticked off. Love this scene. And Elvis is actually enjoying the film-one of last after ‘68 Comeback Special recorded. Gorgeous
Elvis could go toe-to-toe with any singer and any genre Rock country gospel Jazz rhythm and blues he's a crooner love songs he had it all awesome Fantastical Talent❤😊
Great performance. A UK No.21 hit for The King in September 1969. I noticed a rather annoying continuity error, where the woman in the red dress keeps changing her position behind Elvis a few times.
