@@newbiekeys44star55😏 It's a reference to the 1984 Transformers cartoon. When Megatron transformed into the Walther P38 pistol he always flipped into Starscream's hands so that he could fire the shots.
"The ruler is back. We battle, your medulla gets cracked // We do it online, you'll find that your computer gets hacked" How does this video only have 87,000 view? Are there anymore Hip Hop fans man? Elzhi is a monster.
"you melt faster than a freeze pop, in 100 degrees, El sunning Emcees he's pops"..... NOW THATS AMAZING WORD PLAY RIGHT THERE... i realized how great that line is on Mushrooms lol
One of the GOAT emcees/lyricists zero debate and I’ve been convinced of this for certain since 2008 even though I first him heard murder shit in 2000 on Binary Star’s classic posse cut “KGB” (with 2 other underground legendary lyricists One.Be.Lo and MC Juice)! Syllable sensei!
Moe P + Elzhi = 2 real nggas born in the D and pursuin big things out in LA right now. gonna see them this Friday night @ the airliner club in LA. theyre bringin back the true golden era sound
"You better put that work in, I murk grins and kill grills my steel peels, then I peel wheels, then skill feels like it heals ills like benadryl pills the hottest artist with feels chills." - ELZHI G.O.A.T. WHO'S FUCKIN' WITH THIS?!
ELZHI is a f*cking BEAST!!!!! Already up there with GZA, Slick Rick, Nas, BDK, Pharoah Monch and Ghostface as one of my favorite All-time dolo Rappers....
elzhi the best new thing to ever happen to rap/hip hop love his structure lyrics topics rhymes in rhymes crazy shit patterns nuts, ''I'm seeing bars coming together like bars in prison'' beautiful simile
My money's on El, actually. I love Nas and appreciate his contribution, but honestly, Elzhi's nicer than him. That's just my opinion! Elzhi is my Number 1 favorite emcee of all living.
Rakim is the goat yall! He perfected flow, multis, delivery, etc. When he dropped his first album HE BECAME THE GAME. If it wasnt for Rakim, nas, big l, em, etc basically any golden age rapper wouldn't exist in the way they do, i promise! He's the biggest influence in hip hop, and a master of his craft. He's the godfather of complex lyricsm, nas is cool and everything, a bit inconsistent at times, illnatic still a masterpiece! Em lost his playfulness after his first LP's, what made em em. Elzhi is super dope, he reminds me of method man. I havent heard a bad verse from either of em!
@@ashimrat Royce has NICE flows and delivery, word play, he even flows hella nice on trap beats, as far as modern rap goes he's one of the best doing it, rock city is as dope as his last album book of ryan, he's stays dropping transcending lyrism with great music production. He's more consistent and his subject matter shits on Em's last few albums.. K-rino is another dope artist, with over 40 albums out he's stayed consistent through the yeaaaars.
does it amaze anyone that he looks like Nas and AZ mixed together and raps their style fused together as well I believe theres a God now cuz the coincidence of this is too rare
one word...WOW!! This video makes me feel like its "99 again. I mean straight up, did anyone notice this is like deja vu to the "nas is like" video?! hip hop was overdue for a video like this!! shoutout to eLZhi for preserving the essence of the golden era
only if Elzhi was a bit younger he probably get more exposure but this nigga is like 32 and has been in the game for a while, so i understand why he is very underrated, regardless of him being an underground rapper
Elzhi is one in a Million. Elzhi reminds me of Elzhi. I like the whole tribune to Nas appreciation album, you know people don't honor the living like they honor the dead. My hat goes of to Elzhi because he is Progressive. He is not your run of the mill. Elzhi has a quality like no other and this show's I believe we will see more of this man inspiring innovation in Hip Hop! 5 mics & mad props!
