This song pretty accurately represents how my first magic mushroom trip felt like.
It looks like an average Slovene doesn't like her looks and style of music. Many Slovenes probably think she's trying too hard are don't think her look is appealing. Zala & Žan are less known than she in Slovenia but still got way more votes by televoting. I guess Raiven should try her luck abroad, where her style of music would be more appreciated. I liked her performance but honestly would never listen to this song by myself. I appreciate her experimenting & creativity but on the hand prefer the winning song because it's authentic without even trying to be so.
I feel like the public isn't too fond of her music because of the lyrics that try too hard to be deep, the melody or lack thereof and the arguably forced philosophical messages. I'm h igh as f uck lma o
It's great! It would work even better with increased tension: with the the "chaotic" part more chaotic, more powerful. I find it a little too tame in view of the mindblowing, crazy potential this piece has.
Recorded version is slightly better. The "Kaos" parts sound bland because it's edited on the recorded version. But i do love the performance and dancers and choreo. Shame it did not win, but i think the song was too confusing for the voters to appreciate.
This song is a chaos but well made. She has great vocals too. It's sad this is not the chosen one despite the winner is not that bad either, but this has so many shades that makes it even interesting.
Someone please tell me why the video has so much dislikes? The song is interesting and so experimental, yet a little bit weird but why 3.5k dislikes/2.5k likes. Do people really hate this?
lethanh toan well, first of all, let’s be honest and admit that her live performance and singing were terrible! It sounds nothing like the heavily edited and autotuned studio version, which is understandable but still, she knew she had to perform it live without those tools from the studio. The lyrics also seem pretentiously “deep”, like something written by a 12 yo that wants to be edgy. And second, after the winners were announced and she realized she didn’t win again after all the support she got on social media (and just to be clear: she did seem like this year’s favorite on FB and Instagram, but most of the support on there came from teenagers. I guess people forgot that there are older generations watching and voting on EMA as well, that won’t ‘stan’ her constantly on Insta), she acted very childish and arrogant, and posted some rude and immature statements on her instagram profile, inclusing some insulting things about the Slovenian folks, which made a lot of people angry. See, it’s not just the shitty live performance, it’s also her behaviour afterwards. Her other two songs on EMA were amazing and I’ve had hoped she would win, but I seriously doubt she will ever represent our country on ESC after this year’s fiasco, no matter how good her future songs might be.
@@MitjaC Thanks for explaining! I am not Slovenian, just an Eurovision fan stopping by to see how EMA 2019 is. After listening to the teasers and not watching the show, I was surprised that she didn't win, but at the same time I am glad that Zala Kralj & Gašper Šantl won. I didn't pay enough attention to their song but now it is my top3 favourite.

the live audio mastering was crap, making her voice stand out to much (especially in a song like kaos, that relied heavily on voice reverb in the production)
Raiven we will support you no matter you go to Eurovision or not. Even we all know you should have won, let's wish a lot of luck to Zala and Gasper, they also have an amazing song, probably eurovision final material. Slovenia should consider to select you internally, you are really loved in Europe and you would do amazingly. Now, let's wait for REM until tomorrow :)

Why so much hate? This song is a masterpiece. It’s beyond unique. I guess some people still choose to live in the past and don’t accept the freedom of expression and innovations. Sad. 😠
THAT was actually super awesome. =D I'm still happy Sebi won, but seriously. I wish they could ship her off to some other country so that both could enter the Eurovision stage.
You just gotta be open-minded. Thing is this is art, this is an expression you don't need to get it but you don't need to be rude about it either. It's good. It's so good people, she created a chaotic song (no pun intended) about how everything functions today about how we function, please for love of god who the fuck sits down on couch and is peaceful today? She combined so many different styles and above all performance is in combination with modern technology. She pulled ALL that off and expressed her vocal range as also the fact she is pretty much capable of rapping. I mean come on, this is a piece of musical art. All respects to the winners, I adore them, they give me that Billie Eilish vibe which I love and I'm happy they won, really. But if either of these two finalists would win, we would send some good quality music on Eurovision. End of rant.
I do not understand why this song has so many dislikes. I like Raiven. She must go on Eurosong for Slovenia one day. She deserves that. I admit that live performance was not that good, but so many dislikes? Btw. I like Zala and Gasper a lot. Their song is really growing on me. My favorite until now this year.
I'm still waiting for rtv slo to announce there was a mistake with the votes. Because even if you don't like Raivens song, one should vote for her just on the strength the performance. It was just so well put together. Everything form lights, choreography, wardrobe, makeup, camera angles...

@@saralampret9694 No estoy nada de acuerdo contigo. Para mi Raiven es una de las mejores artistas que he visto, su música es muy especial, llamémosla experimental. Además su voz es muy buena y una gran profesional en el escenario. Muchos paises matarían por tener a alguien de su talento en Eurovisión. Noto mucho hate en tu comentario. Otras cosas podría decir yo de canciones que te gusten.
Can I just say I wanted Raiven to win and even more so because this performance was not great for elements out of her control. The sound mixing was quite bad really where the backing music was too quiet against her voice and the audience was loud over the backing track too, the mixing quality and staging was far far poorer compared to last years EMA. With the more intimate staging it was always going to benefit sebi, I wonder if it would’ve been a different scenario for Raiven if the stage was more grander with the audience absent/drowned out by the backing track but we will never know...
She looks like a great artist for Eurovision, but what is wrong with this song? Everything is mess here. I mean just watch Lea Sirk from last year and then this and u will understand.
Oba moja favorita sta prišla v veliki finale. Pa vendar... Če bi Raiven bila v finalu s prejšnjimi komadi (črno bel ali zažarim) bi zmaga bila njena. Tole pa mi nekako ni najbolj sedlo.
WILL THIS AMAZING ARTIST EVER GET A WIN? Slovenia are you deaf? She is always original, contemporary and artistic this is the third time they neglect her talent! She should go abroad to another country and live there. It is outrageous that they don't see the magic of Raiven.
@@Ancha1234 I agree Črno bel and Zažarim were miles better and this was just CHAOS but the reason why she made the Chaos is because she is trying to find a way to win and while doing that she unfortunately lost her essence.
Ana please, she wasn’t screaming and if you know music then you know she wasn’t off-key. I found this performance fairly engaging. At least she looked into the camera unlike the winning act
the most entries that are publish are so boring,this would be the most outstanding song in esc. i dont believe really. I hope other balkan countries recruit raiven with this song. This have to be at the EUROVISION STAGE!!! IM FUCKING ANGRY
