i'm glad they've learnt their lesson and put a realistic completion date. Usually they just lie and say 4 years when in reality it takes them 6-7 years to build, sometimes longer. Example, Forte, Vida Dubai Mall, Grande, Address Opera all took over 7 years to complete.

It's buying a promise at this stage, as of today despite developers' marketing Expo City is still a 3rd tier location in Dubai which makes sense only if you don't need to move from there. Marina was also new 15yrs ago but it was always close to the main district.

Yes the future growth is Dubai South. But the main financial hub will always be DIFC. And you can never go wrong with investing in the financial hub.

This is a great question. The Address branded residences build quality and interior fit out is very good. Because it’s a premium offering by Emaar. It’s all marble flooring. Better quality fittings and fixtures. So you are safe. But when it comes to standard or non Address branded apartments by Emaar, you are right, the build quality is not the best and customers have complained a lot, especially a lot of plumbing issues. But Emaar has started tightening the quality control and changing its consultant to address the construction quality. But the community vibe by Emaar is what makes it special and high in demand.

Yes, it is 100% freehold. If you see the location live you will not believe such a prime location is freehold. It is exceptional. When they say Location, Location and Location. It fits this perfectly.
