I am in recovery management thru safe mode and when try ro completely factory restore it pops a message saying hard drive config is not set to factory default. Restore aborted

After loading files sign my pc doesnt display black screen saying path:\windows\system32 and all that. Instead i have windows logo then screen emachines recovery management then there i have a pop up message saying NAPP_KM NAPP7-Aplication error when click X or ok kick me out and windows start normally.

Hey do you know if you can create recovery media just in case you wana replace hard drive

What if your monitor says no singal

Will Windows 7 reinstall itself without software or do I have to reinstall it manually? Will the games that came pre-installed with the computer reinstall as well? I bought a used computer and I want to start fresh, I just want to do it the right way. Thanks :-)
