Hi, Ma'am! I just wanted to ask, when you're going through the process of Filtering your email, after clicking the "Create Filter," why didn't you click the "Skip the inbox (Archive it)?"

Hi! Often I use the filters so my assistant can see them, or if I want to go back to them. However for subscriptions I do click "Skip the inbox" if it's one I want to binge or read later.

Thank you so much! So this might sound funny, but when I need to clean up a client's email or manage a client's calendar, I would have to ask for their Gmail log in details right?

If they use gmail, they can "Delegate" access to you, or if they're using another email management tool, you'll just need access to that and not the log-in

Hi, when you do the filter for unsubscribe. does it mean every time when there's a new email for subscription it will go directly to the subscribe label?

Depending on how you set it up, yes. You can set it up where it skips your inbox so it just goes into that label/folder, or you see it in your inbox clearly as well.
