Email marketing is So important. You don't own any of the content on social media and if you ever lose control over a platform (like a TikTok ban) you will still have your contact list!

hey, first of all, very informative video! second, I have a question: If I want to offer a client my e-mail marketing service, should I tell them to create an account on convert kit or whatever software and give me the Login data ? Or am I supposed to do it all by myself?

Actually I do own the traffic if I'm blogging on my site. That's the reason I push clients to get a website. (Self hosted). If it's managed then you wouldn't own the assets similar to social profiles. Not knocking ya. Love the content. I just felt it important people realize to pay attention to who owns what and always CYA. ❤️🍻💪

I would love some help! I have a dog instagram for my German shepherd and I want to get into affiliate marketing and I see the need of an email list in every blog I read. I am also trying to start a Facebook group for dog moms to gather and connect. Should I put an opt in freebie (which I have no idea what I'd offer) in the link in my bio or should I require email for entrance to my Facebook group? Or both? It's hard because I'm not really selling anything just finding like minded people to share my affiliate links with. Any help/advice from anyone would be so helpful!

The same advice applies! Your product is still solving a problem for a certain group of people - so provide nurturing helpful content to them most of the time :)

Hi , I am a recruiter. I have 25000 contacts on my own database but I never email them. I'm worries I will destroy my domain if they mark me as spam as they may not have received anthing from me in a long time. People don't love recruiters and usually only want to talk with us when they are looking for a job. Would you suggest I run campaigns on my own domain or set up a slightly different domain. It would be a disaster if my email going to clients didn't get into inboxes
