Thanks mate, I've ordered 1 of these as my 1st look into fpv drones..my reasons - RTF Compatible peripherals, able to use with not just other drones but fpv Sims. Best quality peripherals for others in similar price range... Wind is definitely a major factor with a quad this size. I was flying next to the river on a day with no more than 12 mph gusts and it was a battle at times not to get blown into a neighboring state.

I was hoping to see someone use the goggles it came with to fly. This will probably my first fpv to learn off of. Cool video thank you.

i have a question,did u use a camera to recording inside the camera drone? because i expected ur camera drone wasn't clear

i just orderd one of these hopefully it will arrive in the next couple of days, i only have a dji mini 2 so the fpv drones will be tough to get used to so i wanted something small i can fly around in the shed for a while to get the hang of it before i get something bigger, i think ill get the tinyhawk freestyle 2 for my second fpv drone for a step up before getting a crux35. i almost brought the crux35 but i downloaded a free simulator and yeah wow its tough, so i thought i better get something that wont damage shit when i crash it a billion times getting the hang of it lol, plus the weather were im at ill prob be stuck inside the shed most the time and i need something thats not going to dint and scratch cars and bikes in the shed when i crash into them lol hopefully ill be ok i have been getting the hang of the simulator i think i will be fine, start slow and work my way up. plus because i wear glasses im not really sure im going to be able to use the goggles i wanted the fall back of being able to mount the screen to the controller incase im not able to see with the goggles on. if i cant use the goggles im going to try to figure out a way to use a bigger monitor that wont introduce a bunch of latency

I want to get into FPV but I wear glasses and can't find a starter kit that will work with glasses. 8(

Flight time on Tinyhawk III?

I have to know before I hit that order on this, what kind of "wind" were you mentioning? I've seen other videos flying this in a breeze very well.

Any idea how the throttle could switch to the right hand control? ,Searched the documentation, the only way to change it is a switch on the board, which I checked anyway, it set to left.

This review got me to buy the th3. Absolutely love flying it indoors, outdoors is a bit dissapointing on 1s. Until you put it on 2s outdoors. With emax 350 mah 2s lipo’s, its super fun outdoors as there is no risk involved when you accidentally crash. You only have to change the pid to 2 and it will work nicely.

If anyone else has the sd card problem , you have to format it to FAT32 or whatever format it's not in while it's not working

how long can it go with the goggles

id say this is an amazing quad. The only problem is that the wire that connects from the motherboard to the camera is Solderd on the motherboard. Because of this, my friend lightly tapped the drone against a wall. he flew it for like 10 flights before and barley crashed it. We could solder it back on but we didn't want to break it so he just had to return it. its a super fast drone and is amazing otherwise.

is there anything you did for the quality of the dvr ? mine cuts out even when in the googles its fine and it just seems random. I don't know if its the sd card im using, I'm using a recommended 16gb class 10 but yours is like so good. I go behind anything and its bad chopping out in the dvr but when flying in googles its fine. If someone could help me out that would be amazing !

Is the drone still flying well after all these months?

I bought a th3 about 3 weeks ago and am loving it! However, I'm getting literally less than 20% of your usable range - how are you achieving this wizardry to go so far and still have that clear video? Mine turns to horizontal white static and crazy jumbles before I'd reach 9:07 in your video. Then I'd be completely blind by 9:15, yet you continue flying AWAY from yourself for another 50 seconds after that! This video makes me seriously think my th3 is broken/defective in some way... I've tried running at your exact vtx specs and also at 200 power, seems to make no difference. :(

I wouldn't even make it halfway across that pond without my video feed cutting out.....???? I have a tinyhawk 2 but still...it should go farther than it does if your tinyhawk 3 can go this far
