Man behind the scenes, Is what makes this show. He’s the guy who don’t say much but, Agrees with everything. Lol. The two of you are awesome together and this wouldn’t be the same without each other.
That’s some seriously skilful control of the excavator bucket when pulling dirt off the future basement window and exquisite manoeuvring onto the low-loader. Very impressive. You may even make the Dirt Perfect demo team one day.. 😊
You just might have to keep the Demco Mike, she would make a great addition to your team! As always thank you for bringing us along on your adventures!!!
Hey Mike, maybe check with the rock crushing company, they might have pieces of conveyor belting left over from replacement, and general repairs of their conveyors…, they would help out with the trailer damage on the deck and the rails. I realize that’s “stuff” you have to store and then lug around, and they may only get used 1-2times a season…, just throwing it out there. Great video, Thank you sir.
I have never seen anyone load from the side like this, and get it dead on, Great job Mike. Just shows your professional abilities in handeling this equiptment. Aaron makes all this possible with his camera angles and his direction to Mike to make sure everything is done and no miss haps. Great Job Aaron. Your oth awesome and why I keep watching. Great that Farmer Chris has that rock, for getting in on that one side of the field now, when it rains too much and the ground is too wet for proper traction.
If you had a couple of steel truck rims and placed then at the side of the low boy and used them to get tracks up to same height as trailer bed it would be easier on the low boy while side loading
I haul equipment for a few companies outside of my regular job. The 325 in my photo had to be unloaded on the side many times. I'd think, ow, ow, ow. I had that tractor, trailer and machine so far in a ditch coming out of a job site, no other option, surprisingly, I didn't get hung up. Often we'd have to pick up the back of the trailer and swing it around to get out of job sites because there wasn't anywhere to turn around. Good job!
You’ve got boneheads, too? I guess they’re everywhere nowadays. Nice video from inside the basement, shows how precise you are and shows just how big that bucket is!
Slick operation Sir, both 210 and the Jolly Green Giant. One suggestion on side loading, what we did in the military, on lowboys, was carry a couple (or few) railroad ties so we could stair step the trailer sides. Your Excavator has the bucket to pivot and lift, but Dozers need a bit of help. :-)
The interesting thing about Stop Signs is, they never tell you to go! If you do Stop, you could get charged with impeding traffic. Stop Signs are just a suggestion…. 😂
You had a rocky start to your day. :) It would have been easier if they told you about the windows, or did you forget. :) Bucket is a scary sight, big teeth grandma. Thank you and have a great week.
In DPs county there are a grand total of 30some thousand people. That's it. A whole county. So, it's not like anybody is looking at tarps. Or anything else.
@@pmiller7886 more to the point, the different regulations and laws of different areas can be a problem for even something as simple a dumper of rocks.
Took me two videos but finally figured out where these last two job sites were. Really enjoyed them and I really felt the very Intense ending. Nice job
Mike I've never pulled a side dump but I like the way it dumps. If I were buying a dump trailer to haul dirt or stone this would be my choice for sure because it is safe to dump almost anywhere. I don't know if it would be good to haul stumps and brush? You and Aaron make a comical pair never a dull moment for sure. Rock quarries are always an uphill grind to test your truck's ability to climb. People who haven't driven a tractor-trailer don't have a clue how much room you need to get around a corner with a long trailer.
I just can't believe those Old crank landing gear, at my last job we had air operated landing gear.....they are slick.🙃 Now loading the Hyundai sideways is........impressive, well done Mike.🙂
HI Mike just seen you drive passed the fuel station and saw the price of diesel $4.03cents per gallon 1 gallon in the UK costs the equivalent of $9 .40 cents, ,keep on trucking I used to drive trucks here in the UK.love the vids keep that Aaron in check he,s a good egg love the crack you have between you
It is pretty damn cool that today you can weigh in at the scale, the loader operator know what you can carry and can calculate how much he can put on you from the cab of his loader. Sometimes technology is a good thing.
That Demco trailer is something else, really useful for tipping in awkward places when your governed by space. Side loading always looks a bit sketchy, unless of course its a mini digger. 👍
The adventures of moving equipment, excellent job of side loading the excavator on the low boy, as a guy who got to repair damaged equipment I have seen a trailer that got side loaded and it really raised havoc with the trailer, it ended up tweaking the frame to the point it had to be straightened at a trailer shop, got pretty expensive in the end, owner, him not happy. Thanks for the video, appreciate your posting it.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Nice to see an update on the cellar in town. Certainly seems like your becoming a fan of the new trailer, I guess we will have to see what options present them selves in the future. Maybe the people that build the trailers with the conveyors in the bottom will give you a demonstration. I believe one of the brands is called stone slinger. Wishing you, Arron and your families the best.
