As we are going from this summer under ineos. I have to give ETH longer this season. January at least.there are improvements, It’ll still take another summer or 2 to equip a squad able to fight for major honours. I like to back the manager but ETH doesn’t help himself with subs tactics so he along with players have to improve.
As an Arsenal fan I'd say being hated is a good sign, the hate rises as the team improves. Arsenal fan here. The big difference between Arteta and ETH is that even though results were as bad at the beginning as Utd's are now the performances weren't as bad and Arteta hadn't spent nowhere near the amount of money as ETH has now at that point. After spending the amount his spent Utd should be a lot better than they are. I don't see why you would trust him to spend more money if you were ineos after some of his other signings.
Sacking Ten Hag will not solve the issue and I believe fan channels like yours should understand what the problem is, we have a side of extremely technical players in De Ligt, Mazraoui, Martinez and Zirkzee, and a set of players who have. been playing counter attacking football for the past 4 years in Rashford, Maguire, Dalot and Bruno, their skill set is not suited for a high possession game, their pace and penetration will only work if the sides are attacking us, but when we have majority possession, they cannot put accurate passing patterns together to penetrate low blocks and we are struggling because of this, Eriksen is just a stop gap in my opinion till we find a proper replacement for Bruno, Mount is dynamic as an attacking midfielder but is very injury prone. The right thing to do here would be to go for De Jong in the January transfer window and see if Barcelona are interested in a swap with Bruno, additionally when Yoro returns to fitness we can rotate between De Ligt, Martinez, Yoro and Shaw

Maguire's decision making will force Ten Hag to play De Ligt more often and risk him getting injured, look at the defenders we have let go over the past two seasons Mengi, Tuanzebe, Kambwala and Fish were all quicker defenders than Maguire and could have contributed better as squad players.

Bruno has been in poor form, absolutely no question about it and that's a problem but look at our midfield options. We have 4 players who we can hope to play on a regular basis- Bruno, a 19 year old who is expected to carry our midfield and essentially played DM which isn't his best position against Palace to enable Eriksen, Mount who has been injured for a whole season and just got injured at the start of this one so clearly needs his minutes managed and Ugarte who has just come into the team. Eriksen and Case are both too slow for the kind of football we want to play as modern club as while they might have the quality they don't have the legs anymore. We are playing well and all the metrics this season are showing that. Yes we don't have the personnel or the time to become the finished article yet but clearly there are signs of progress. Neither do we have any consistent goalscorers. Our attackers apart from Rashford are all young players looking to establish themselves in top tier first team football with none of them having had season scoring 10+ goals in seasons prior on a consistent basis. Inconsistency is going to be a predominant part of this journey as we move forward while these players learn their trade because right now they are high potential players and none you can point to apart from Rashford to expect and demand 10/15/20 goal seasons based on what they have shown so far. You can hope for them to find their scoring boots sooner but there is a path being laid for it and it will happen. I mean I get your channel needs engagement and you need to react to everything to drive it but this right now is simply a question of patience and the team needs some stability and a run of games to thrive as all the new players get integrated into the team. You barely sees the new right back in the final 3rd and dalot offers no help to the left wing or the middle when he is inverted or wide. Fergie looked awful for his first 4 years at Utd, fans screaming for him to be sacked week in week out. Imagine if the board had have bowed to the pressure? The biggest issue I have currently with sacking ETH is with who we get to replace him. There are candidates sure but who is the right person to take us forward if ETH is sacked? It's a massive question. We can say a new head coach will bring about a faster rebuild but that is not necessarily the case. We could end up in a situation where we have a new manager - a good first season, mediocre 2nd and a terrible 3rd half season - manager is sacked and cycle continues. If ETH is sacked most likely Ruud takes over as interim head coach until the end of the season. Meaning this season is written off because we cannot base what happens this season on any future forecasting unless Ruud is made permanent. INEOS have shown that they do not rush decisions - they have a history of it at United already. We are also speculating that there are several managers out there that fit with INEOS' philosophy - evidence suggests otherwise because if it was the case then ETH wouldn't be the United manager right now. Several candidates are needed because as you always say Terry succession planning is what this board was brought in to do. At the moment even as someone who wants to see ETH succeed it's difficult to say that there is evidence he will but as a fan I want to know that we aren't changing for changes sake. We need to ride out a storm at some stage with a manager, may be these few seasons are that.

Man United are not the draw for current big players they once were. The culture of the club including the coach and his methods are not good enough for a club with big aspirations. The fan base dont realize how long ago in (current eyes) they have been wondering in the forest. 5 years from know the owners will be out of time and the question of how this has failed will be discussed. What is man uniteds identity? A counter attacking team? In a possesion based era of football? Chelsea are closer to a rebuild (they have the bones), than Man Utd has shown in alonger time line. Look at Aston Villa, Newcastle, Tottenham, and others to realize Man Utd dont look like a team who gets where football is at. No one wants to play for a stogie old club.
The biggest issue with TH for me is the lack of player improvement. More often it seems to go the other way. I’m a Villa fan and have seen a relegation struggling side who played awful football transform into a great and consistent team. None of us have any doubt that this is almost entirely down to Emery. It is possible with the right coach and I think MU could be a really competitive team at all levels without any more player signings, just better coaching, tactics and in game management.

We can't rotate and retain intensity and style of play. If you believe this squad is good enough to do better then I can't help you, however subs have been poor and shoehorning Bruno will end him if he is persistent with it and i blelieve a mental break is needed for him to get back to his best, overload in football the past few years have burnt him out and he's not making good decisions. Managing minutes is key and subs look planned ATM. I believe a few more reps for the first 11 and we'll see the form table change. De ligt presence in the back line is key for onana and martinez. Even Yoro has a more positive effect and him coming back will see maguire game time limited, we'll see a less shaky backline and more consistent form playing out from the back. Squad still needs clensing from the mentally weak, like shaw, rashford, maguire, and potentially bruno. The less we see of these in first 11, the better. Most of the current squad consists of players Ten Hag himself brought in or has shown trust in, either by giving them new contracts or handing them the captain’s armband. If there were a significant disconnect between the coach and the squad, it would be surprising, given that these are largely his chosen players. The responsibility for the team's struggles can't solely lie with the players if the coach has had such a direct influence on their selection and leadership.

As much as we love the likes of Amad Garnacho, they really should be understudies to players that are the finished article. If Garnacho is behind Olise for example and Amad behind someone like Saka then your talking, and you could even argue Rasmus should be the understudy to an elite striker. I don't think Bruno helps certainly not in his current form, a number 10 who is more magnetic in his ball retention
