This is such a cute layout. Glad you got that strip of composition notebook paper in there; nothing screams school like that print. Love the little Jolee's embellishments, too. Don't worry about no more first days of school. There's still college, and maybe grad school, and then, someday, maybe grandkids. Always something to look forward to...and to scrapbook!!

I bought this collection for documenting my grandchildren's school years. My daughter doesn't scrapbook ... YET! I'm working on her, but with 3 kids ages 1-5 and working full time, it doesn't give her much time for anything other than "life." I remember those days! So for now, I will keep the albums up and this collection is perfect! Thanks for sharing this layout.

Haha, you sound like me. My mom and sister do not scrapbook and I say the same thing “yet”. Your daughter and grandkids will treasure those albums you are making.

Perfect layout. Your embellishments really make. I appreciate you talking about the use of small pieces. Sometimes it’s hard to find a way to fit them in and clustering like you did helps!

Such a fun layout, brings back so many memories for me (and that’s the point, right 😉) All done with the school years for my adult kiddos, they’re in their 30’s- yikes! But, have granddaughters starting school in the fall! This collection would be perfect!

Such good timing - I'm about to start on my children's high school years and love this layout. Yes - they are in their 20's now, but those photos will get onto pages soon!

It looks good! Just wait until it's your last grandson who leaves school because it really is the end of an era as I am no longer able to kick ball like I used to with him only six years ago. Thankfully I have a three year old g/granddaughter so no need to kick a ball or run around, just make sure I have her favourite biscuit on hand when she wants one. 😊

This is a great LO! I love documenting the school pics for my kiddos and feel sad knowing there aren't many left. The Smarty Pants collection is my fave!

I know right? The school years are flying by so fast. It seems like yesterday we were starting kindergarten. I’ve been working with smarty pants for a year now and I’m not tired of it one bit.
