Just found your channel bro , this is a dope video and I relate to your story. Isolation was the best thing I could’ve done to peal back layers of myself to begin self discovery. Gave me time to acknowledge my flaws and eventually correct them by practice healthier habits. It was scary and hard at first but thanks to covid I was forced to sit through it and become familiar with how I feel within
