Embroidery Sheaf Stitch 

I like how these sheaf stitches look like little bow ties. This stitch wasn't added to the book but I still wanted to share it. You can use it as a filler stitch or put them together in a repeat pattern to create other shapes. I'm using perle cotton thread and stitching on muslin fabric, which is one of my favourites to use.
