Here is an abridged version of EMERALDS, the first ballet in George Balanchine's plotless 3 Act ballet masterpiece named, JEWELS. This was from a PBS broadcast in 1978, when Balanchine was still alive and directing his company. Since his death, JEWELS has gone into the repertory of nearly every major ballet company in the world.
