HOW TO WATCH:
Hey everyone! This is the first video of it’s kind on the FBE channel, and was shot using a Jump camera. We are always looking for ways to tell stories using new technology, and thank you for watching as we begin working in this new medium. Please see below with some helpful tips to get the best possible 360 experience!
To get the best effect you should watch this video using the Daydream headset or another VR headset, as this is meant to be watched that way. For example, if you watch with a VR headset, it will be way higher quality, and you’ll be able to see much less left/right/up/down resulting in you having to look around more and feeling like you’re really there! You CAN still watch this video using the RU-vid app on your phone (not the browser app on your phone) OR on your computer using the Chrome browser, which takes away from the immersive experience, but still enjoyable nonetheless!
Daydream - You can open RU-vid through the app/platform.
Google Cardboard or other VR headsets - Open the link in the RU-vid app on your phone. Hit the mask button and slide the phone into the headset. If the image is blurry, please switch to the highest quality video setting your bandwidth permits.
Mobile - If you open the link in the RU-vid app on your phone you can move your phone around physically to view different directions up down left and right. Make sure the video quality is set to the highest setting your bandwidth will allow.
Computer - Be sure to use the Chrome Browser. You can click and drag the screen around to see any direction you want. If the image is blurry, please switch to the highest quality video setting your bandwidth permits.
