That's a great concern, and I've seen a lot of different information about this. My understanding is that concrete only leaches when hot. So if storing in a cool unheated room it's supposed to be fine. We also use concrete sealers in hopes that it will prevent this. So far whenever we've sent our stored water in for testing it's been fine.
