@@beef-roast eadhu muttal illa nanbha, its the responsibility of the bank to tell wt to be done post clearance of all dues. also when they provide loan the chk all why not they help customers to clear NOC??? many ppl not aware of this NOC so dont simply say Muttal, do you know all financial related clearance detials?

Luckily I know this earlier. I have applied for a new one through online. Within 7 days I got a new RC. I spent only 100 rupees for pollution certificate and 215 for a new RC book. One should apply this with an attached online application form, NOC, pollution certificate and a valid vehicle insurance. Keep in mind, we need to submit the old RC to get a new one. I hope this might help someone. Kudos to The team🎉

If you go with standard financial bank , they will send the NOC along with detail that you need to do with RTO.. For me Kotak bank gave the NOC along with next steps of action to be taken by me...
Yes everybody is busy with attractive words to sell products but nobody tells the dark side of their product. Example credit card after grace period they charging a lot which we see like rocket vatti . Be careful to always ask about the problems and darkside on any products and give your effort for Google it.
We never go to RTO office for getting new RC. Dealers take the responsibility. Dealer-Customer relationship is changing into Financier-Customer relationship after the loan and it stays longer than dealer relationship. Finance companies should take the responsibility of updating the RC and give it to the customers after EMI closure.
Exactly. Govt should create new law for this. Finance company / bank should complete this process and give new Rc to customer. Its a headache for customers even after completed the emi. F*king stupid rules these are.
Same for bank home loan. MODT. (2 times). We have to do for getting and closing on our money (huge) in the name of registration and cancelation.also time. Process should be simplified. Please government and judicial should look in to this matter and give good solution.

Oru EMI pay pannala na Phone pnni solra Finance institutions why EMI close aagidichina NOC kku call panni sollamatranga? The government should take some action on this. Once EMI closed an automatic process should be there to get a new RC.

Last month only I completed my 12 months bike EMI and collected NOC directly from bank and gave it to RTO along with RC card they gave me new card after 1 week where the bank name is removed officially we are the owner
Not only this u have to send the noc copy to insurance company. Also revised RC with removal of hypothecation also to be forwarded to insurance office. Only then insurance office will update our records
The problem is with the Finance company as they have not issued NOC.. which should have been issued on clearing the loan by post or courier to the registered residential address.
Good job friends 👍. நானும் EMI ல தான் வாங்குனேன். But இப்போ சொந்த மாக்கிட்டேன். RC book லயே பைனான்சியர் பெயர் இருக்கும், NOC வாங்கி , RTO ல குடுத்தா பைனான்சியர் பெயர் எடுத்துடுவாங்க.
Indha thalavali irukka koodadhu nu naan personal loan pottu vandi vaangitean. Loan um one year la mudichidalaam RC leyum indha maadhiri prachanainga varaadhu. Interest rate difference between personal and two wheeler loan is hardly 3% per annum. Adhuvum personal loan one year naala max 500-600 rs thaan neenga extra va pannuveenga (for the entire loan amount). It will save lot of time (indha maadhiri process la )
