Very informative video Cathy myself and my wife are also from South Africa, also immigrated to Melbourne AU currently in the same process now with our pet what a journey.
What a journey Alula has had and I am so glad that she is now with her family. It is so important to find out all of these details as they are for sure little fur babies that I for sure would not want to leave behind whenever I have leave our current country.
Thanks Cathy for sharing. We are busy immigrating to Sydney and our Beagle puppy is waiting for his import permit. We are also using an agent, and they do make things a lot easier, as there are so many steps involved. Hoping to hear about the import permit soon and to also get place in the quarantine facility. Fingers crossed.
Hi Lente! Depending on where you fly from - I would say no more than 14 days. (10 days quarantine - maybe 1 or 2 days travelling- depending on if your pet will also have to do a domestic flight) good luck!!
@@lenteschutte31 wishing you all the best for your plans. This place is wonderful. Don't worry about your doggie travelling - they really do OK on the trip- ❤️😊 it is a dogs paradise once they get here- so many parks and beaches for them to visit with you. Dogs are welcome in so many places.
